In September, the New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association (NZCBIA) and the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) successfully organized a trade delegation’s visit to China. The delegation, consisting of nearly 20 professionals from the construction and business sectors, embarked on a comprehensive and insightful journey.
The group explored significant sites, including the AUPUP Headquarters, the Museum of Contemporary Art & Planning Exhibition (MOCAPE), and the renowned Marisfrolg Campus in Shenzhen, designed by acclaimed New Zealand architects Fred and Damien van Brandenburg. They also had the opportunity to visit the Longhua District Government and take part in the New Zealand Property & Building Investment Forum.
Throughout the trip, the delegation engaged with leading companies across industries such as renewable energy, advanced building materials, prefabricated construction, and environmental sustainability. Additionally, the group promoted investment opportunities in New Zealand, fostering enhanced communication and collaboration between both countries.
