Contracts & Projects Coordinator

Based in our modern offices in Mt Eden, our role will see you working within our Engineering division primarily on land development projects, the focus will be on providing project coordination and ownership of documentation, resource and project status tracking.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assess, prepare and issue fee and tender proposals
  • Provide administrative project support including project set-ups and collating contract documentation
  • Provide regular reports and schedule regular meetings as required
  • Prepare project timeframes, schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate and schedule field team resourcing
  • Maintain project documentation including preparing and processing submittal documents
  • Assist with end-of-month work-in-progress review and invoicing
  • Liaise with clients and maintain a high level of client service
