Rauora Park is a key landscape and functional element of Christchurch’s Central City Recovery Plan: designed and constructed to encourage residential development right in the heart of the city.
The park spans 5 city blocks and features open spaces, landscaped mounds, paved areas, cycleways, paths and rain gardens and connects the river with the CBD and the new residential and commercial neighborhoods.
Williams Corporation now joins Fletcher Living as a major residential developer along Rauora Park with their Manchester Square development.
