Fulton Hogan were awarded a contract, by Christchurch City Council (CCC), for major Civil Works through the entire Riccarton Road commercial centre. This work forms an integral part of CCC’s Riccarton Road upgrade and urban regeneration, due for completion in December 2020.
Envivo were engaged to undertake an extensive dilapidation survey prior to the commencement of works for the benefit of both the community, contractor and Council.
Our brief included interior and exterior ground floor photographs of the 71 commercial buildings (visible from ground level) along Riccarton Road.
The engagement with the building owners was undertaken sensitively and the full dilapidation survey was completed on time, to budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
