Envivo is pleased to have recently secured resource consent for our client at 25 Armein Road, Panmure, Auckland to construct River’s Edge, a three-storey 12-unit apartment building for residential use with associated vehicle access and parking.
River’s Edge will boast amazing views out towards the sea and is situated in a convenient location near the transforming Panmure town centre and Sylvia Park shopping mall.
This project drew together a multi-disciplinary team of Envivo planners, surveyors and civil engineers who worked together with a wider team of traffic engineers, landscape architects and other specialists on this urban regeneration project.
Envivo’s specialists helped the project team navigate through Council’s resource consent process on a non-notified basis, dealing with various planning, urban design and engineering related matters along the way.
