Mike is our Land Development Manager and Principal Engineer. Mike is a highly experienced Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 30 years of expertise in land development, infrastructure, and construction. As Envivo’s Land Development Manager and Principal Engineer, he specialises in feasibility studies, strategic planning, subdivision design, 3-waters, road infrastructure, and contract management.
Mike has led major national and international projects, including West Hills, Catalina Precinct, Napier Hospital Re-Development, Stonefields, and Great South Road Bridge Replacement. His expertise spans design leadership, consenting, construction procurement, and serving as Engineer to Contract under NZS 3910.
A Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and PRINCE2 Practitioner, Mike’s technical knowledge and leadership ensure the successful delivery of complex developments.
