James founded MPC Planning, which amalgamated with BCL Surveyors in 2012 to become Envivo.
With close to 30 years’ experience as a planning consultant, James has wide-ranging professional experience that enables him to assist with all stages of a development project, from pre‑development planning, due diligence and project formulation advice, stakeholder consultation, through to obtaining all necessary resource consents, and appearing at Council and Environment Court hearings as an expert witness (as required).
His specialist areas include commercial, high density residential, mixed-use, industrial and retail development, subdivision and coastal consents.
