With over one and half decade of business development and strategic marketing experience, Rajeev looks after our business development and is responsible for driving growth and profitability. In addition to the usual business development activities, Rajeev is also responsible for establishing systems and processes that define the business performance. This involves championing ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for the business.
Prior to Envivo, he has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies across the globe which includes leaders within their respective markets. This international experience with some of the biggest companies in the world has helped him gain a broad understanding of the best practices followed by organisations worldwide and learn from the best in the business.
His New Zealand experience includes working on both sides of the market – the consultant and contractor, which has helped him in winning profitable work for several businesses.
