Rita Clark is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor and Survey Manager – South Island at Envivo Ltd, bringing over 15 years of experience across Canterbury’s most significant land development projects.
With a Bachelor of Surveying (Hons) and deep expertise in cadastral surveying, subdivision design, and project management, she has played a key role in the Canterbury earthquake rebuild, including complex surveys for major Christchurch anchor projects such as the Convention Centre and Metro Sports Centre.
Rita leads Envivo’s South Island survey team, providing technical oversight on a wide range of residential and commercial land development projects throughout the region. A Member of Survey and Spatial New Zealand, she is known for her ability to navigate complex title issues and deliver high-quality outcomes on technically demanding projects.
