Tom’s key interest areas are urban regeneration, mixed-use developments and commercial projects, together with specialist roles including advisory services and preparing expert evidence on cadastral and unit title (strata) matters.
As a director, Tom has an active interest in creating long term client relationships and is active in business development. Highlights in Tom’s career includes starting BCL Surveyors in 1998, later merging with MPC planning in 2012, leading in establishing our Christchurch office in 2012 and acquiring JAWA Structures in 2015. Tom led in the development of early opportunities in dilapidation (defects) surveys and precise monitoring, for which Envivo is gaining strong local and national recognition.
Tom is also involved at a governance level with a “not for profit” community organisation and for a local business association.
