Envivo is pleased to have recently secured resource consent, in partnership with ArchiMode, to construct seven new terraced dwellings for residential use with associated vehicle access, parking and comprehensive landscaping at a Mount Eden, Auckland property.
The upcoming development presents a unique living opportunity that is set into the vegetatively restored Three Kings Volcano escarpment and is situated in a convenient central location between Mount Eden, Three kings and Epsom.
The project drew together a multidisciplinary team of Envivo planners, surveyors and civil engineers who worked together with a wider team of traffic engineers, landscape architects and other specialists on this exciting, yet challenging urban regeneration project.
Envivo’s specialists helped the project team navigate through Council’s resource consent process on a non-notified basis, dealing with various planning, urban design and engineering related matters along its way. The end outcome resulted in Council’s support for a three-storey built scale to be established in the Mixed Housing Suburban zone and on the fringe of an Outstanding Natural Feature (ONF).
